Pen and Pug was a client with a creative writing, marketing strategy, and nonprofit fundraising business needing a logo. I had the privilege of working with Kelley Peterson, the founder and mastermind behind Pen & Pug to carve out a memorable identity to live in the world of creative writing and strategy.

A Pure Manifestation of Boundless Creativity
We landed on this very “pugalicious” logo throughout an iterative design process. The client wanted to incorporate pug details without making it seem like the client owned a pet-related business. By making custom typography and incorporating elements of pug ears, we created a subtle yet beautiful logo that captures the attention of her target audience while letting her personality shine through.
