All production takes place inside the front door. 20-quart ice cream makers use the old-fashioned salt and ice layering to freeze the ice creams, slowly churning each batch.

The logo incorporates the forms of the staircase in much simpler forms. They also nod to the construction of the icon, as they are half circles of the letterform “o.”

Most, if not all buildings in this location have exposed brick on their exterior. I wanted to pay homage to the historicness of this cherished quality of Lincoln, by adding brick-like qualities to the logo.

Low employment rates and low median rent prices, as well as salaries higher than the national average, are attracting more young adults by the year.

It’s hard for a brand to remain relevant because of the ever-changing consumer landscape and the constant evolution of technology and trends.

Young adults aged 18-35 who are looking for a unique and fun dessert experience. These individuals are very active on social media & are extremely likely to document their experiences through photos to share to their social media platforms.

To create a rebranding strategy that appeals to a young adult audience and increases brand awareness and loyalty.
